The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has launched its new Learning and Development Directory of Courses for 2008-09.
In addition to the 130 short courses and workshops targeted at both sales and marketing professionals, 25 new course titles have been added. These range from foundation courses for non-marketing managers to master classes for experienced and senior professionals, framed around CIM’s professional marketing standards.
Renita Shwili, head of marketing for learning and development at the institute, said: "In a constantly evolving profession like marketing, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date is vital. Our new set of training programmes gives marketers the chance to keep pace with the very latest developments – from brand metrics and digital marketing, right through to social media marketing."
