I am just about to start my CIPD management report - but i am struggling for inspiration and toipic ideas!!! I work for a large retail organisation. I wanted to stay away form absence as a topice but had thought about - women in mangment / outsourcing / performance management but need some inspirtaion

anyone got any ideas???
