I am just commencing my CIPD management research report, my topic is benefits and challenges of key stakeholder relations within local authorities. I am clear about the primary resreach I need to do within my own organisation but I'm struggling to find any relevant theories and secondary research relevant to this topic.

Can anyone provide me with any guidance as to useful authors and books etc I should review?
