Has anyone recently completed their CIPD PDS?
I am currently in my final year completing the People Management and Development module which is very strategic based.
I am not an academic and I would really value a mentor that I can contact via webcam or msn to discuss thoughts and ideas to improve my work and understanding.

I am passing assignments but I feel that I am not quite grasping all aspects, missing some important elements and my mind keeps reverting back to operational mode and descriptive mode. This is not acceptable at this level and will not get me through the exams in February.

I have just submitted an assignment but don’t feel comfortable with my submission.

I am about to commence my next assignment so Ideally I’m looking for a mentor ASAP. I am more than happy for you to stipulate the terms of contact etc any interactive guidance would be very very very welcome as I have only just grasped the concept of referencing as have a very large learning curve in a very short space of time.
