A potential client has asked to see details of our client care programme / statement. Unfortunately, our policy on this tends to be 'unwritten' and I would appreciate help in discvoering what such a statement should include.

One of my obsessions!
Basically,construct a statement which mirrors best practice in customer care.You should focus I think on your organsational,communication,management and basic attitude perspectives which in writing should convey TANGIBLE things you will do – what they can expect from you.I don’t go for a generic approach but tailor to the clients circumstances.Round it off with your approach to equality and diversity issues in terms of access to training [before,during and after( and of course any after care service you might guarantee
