I have recently conducted a needs analysis in a new commercial business unit. The manager is keen to promote the expertise of his team. They are already qualified in thier technical area, accounting but he would like them to consider client management as a specialism in itself. Qualifications are an important part of the culture of the organisation so I am trying to establish the industry standard and whether anyone knows any providers they would personally recommend.
