How would you help trainers assess their capacity for coaching?
Given that ultimately they want to enhance the learning experience for their target audience?
Any suitable questionnaires or exercises that raise self awareness?
Our target audience is a mixed group of team leaders and first line managers who have responsibility for training their team.

Hi Sarah
Your audience is a mixed group of team leaders and line managers….therefore their day job is not as trainers and they have direct line responsibility for their people. Surely this means that "normal" coaching tools are appropriate to them?
