Can anyone suggest suitable activities/games/execises for retail store managers to develop their team's communication, motivation and team spirit? I am especially interested in any short activities that range from 10 minutes to 1 hour long to provide managers with 'quick wins' and generate a positive atmosphere instore.

Communication games aplenty
Dear Ross, I have come across a number of excellent games which I think will provide you with what you’re looking for. have you looked at http://www.trainerslibrary.com packed full of games, activities, quotes, trainers notes, exercises etc.. I use it all of the time.
