Training managers working in the City can take advantage of a subsidised coaching programme.
The programme from Performance Coaching International is specifically designed for senior executives within training and HR teams in the finance sector.
It is said to have a market value of £4,000, but due to subsidies by the Learning and Skills Council London East will cost £300+vat.
The launch for the programme is being held in the City on Thursday 11 March. This will be followed by three one–to-one coaching sessions during April, May and June, culminating in a group focus session in July.
