We are looking to find someone to provide coaching training to our line managers within our performance management programme. We are really keen to find someone with considerable coaching experience within a business setting and with previous line managment experience. We are looking for individuals as opposed to organisations.

We used an individual who had set up a Performance Assessment Scheme and then organised away day training sessions for all managers on setting objectives,mentoring,coaching and the works. Like you we decided that we needed someone who had walked the talk given that agencies had the text books but not the practice. Is this what you are looking for? I think I still have his details and the name of another individual although I think she was an academic

I have a background in Training, Learning & Development that covers 6 years experience, plus in-house coaching experience.
Most of my experience resides in the retail sector, and I focused on both Training design / delivery, plus Development programmes for Area Managers. I supported these initiatives with Coaching.
I now run my own business as a Coaching provider for both private individuals and Corporate clients.
