I am researching alternative ways to conduct code of conduct or ethics training for an 1,000 staff organisation. I am not after any course materials or resources but, at this stage, just wanted to know if there were any novel or creative ways of doing this outside of the traditional classroom setting. If you can refer me to any particular organisation I could contact, this would be appreciated.

For developing ethical thinking and behaviour there is nothing b
If you want people to engage with the issues and to develop a process of thinking and dialogue to help them arrive at good answers to ethical dilemmas then there is nothing, in my experience, that comes close to using drama-based learning. The best company I know of for this is Steps Drama Learning Development who have progressed beyond mere role-playing and are very skilled at drawing in the participants to engage with the issues. I do a lot of ethics workshops – with schools and not-for-profit organisations as well as corporates and am happy to discuss further if that would be helpful.
You may also want to think about using technology to get a better insight to what the current ethical issues are in your organisation – there are some good tools for this such as Interactive Dialogues.
Also worth looking for ideas and materials on relevant websites such as The Institute of Business Ethics and the Jewish association for Business Ethics.
