I am putting together a workshop on 'Collaborative working' aimed at project groups who are about to be formed. Many will be inexperienced at working in such groups and so we want to be able to give them some top tips to working collaboratively so that they deliver results in the most effective way possible.
Does anyone have anything that they have delivered already or any good exercises that I could potentially include please?
