Hi Mike,
Thanks for your e-mail my profile seems to be activated and the e-mail box is ticked. The course would be for customer service advisor’s for about 30 staff in total. Main objective is to get across the importance of communicationand how we can be use it. Also touching on jargon/slang, human / business model.
