Communication skills/Assertiveness Training.

I am currently working as a vocal workshop leader and am looking to find the best route into delivering training such as Communication skills/ Assertiveness/ Leadership skills and other 'people' skills. Several years ago I worked as a trainer at BT but I have never worked on a freelance basis. Could anyone give me advice on the best route for me to take including advice on helpful qualifications/ courses?
