Communication Style Questionnaires

 I have been facilitating professional pilots on Soft Skills Development what is know CRM: Crew Resource Management for the past two years.

I am preparing to teach a two day course on Business Communication for MBAs and MScs.

Looking for a Communication Style Questionnaire…credible and user friendly.

Also Looking for any class interaction workshops …exercises.

Any ideas?
