Can anyone share with me the competencies/behaviours/success factors that you use in your organisation. I am particularly interested in where you feel you have embedded these in the organisation and how you have done this. Any answers are appreciated!

CAPABILITIES
Don’t know if this will be of passing use, but yesterday I was up at Robertson Cooper Headquarters in Manchester. They are prospering an excellent usable product called TEAMABLE, and other linked products-the guy sat next to me was from a well know large company and he talked in terms of the word CAPABILITIES/re COMPETENCIES.
