I am conducting a TNA with a group of Managers and would like to conduct this against a set of management competencies. Does anyone have a self assessment document for Managers to complete on a generic set of competencies? It would be great if there was a 180 degree assesment doc as well.

Try the vocational Management Standards used in NVQ’s. They don’t come much more competency orientated or comprehensive.
