I am delivering a training to a group of union reps. I want to convey to them the different varieties of customer consultation, eg telephone, postal, email etc.
I am not entirely sure what I am looking for but it may include exercises, role play, puzzles, team games etc although I will know when I find it.
Any suggestions welcome.
