Cost benefit analysis

default-16x9

I am trying to find out how beneficial our investment has been in our people. We have invested a vast sum this year on training and development activities already, but in terms of how this investment has improved our overall performance as a business, I have yet to be succesful in translating. Anyone found any useful ways of doing this with proven results?

  1. A suggestion for Cost-benefit analysis
    Helen,

I believe I’m right in assuming that cost-benefit analysis is what we call ROI (return on investment) here in the USA. http://www.astd.org has a plethora of materials to help calculate ROI. Also, they have virtual communities set up that you can join and ask questions of others that can assist you.

If I can be of any assistance, please feel free to email me at [email protected].
