Courses and events directory reaches milestone with 1,000 individual events posted

Over 200 trainers have now registered to post details of their courses and events into TrainingZONE's courses database. Since the launch of the database thousands of courses from some of the larger training companies have been bulk-loaded directly. Using the directory can benefit those operating on a smaller scale as well, however, as it allows training providers to add individual training events to the database on a one-off basis.

Last week, HR Team UK Ltd added the 1,000th individual event to the TrainingZONE courses and events directory. Sales and Marketing Manager Marcus Appleton added the details of their bespoke events for training in Key Account Management, aimed at helping companies to understand, track and analyse their key accounts. HR Team UK Ltd have been providing bespoke in-company training and development programmes for ten years now in the UK and across Europe, specialising in Management & Leadership, Personal Development, Teamworking and Sales & Negotiation.

Marcus says: "We chose to use the TrainingZONE directory for three main reasons: Firstly, I was very impressed with your site - it's very comprehensive, well structured and easy & quick to navigate. Secondly, we believe training will be increasingly sourced via on-line portals like TrainingZone; and thirdly, TrainingZone provides us with a very effective marketing tool. It enables us to reach a large target audience and is a very flexible medium (information can be added/amended instantly)."

The courses and events directory provides an easy way to publicise your events and courses to 22,000 training professionals, many of whom are responsible for organising training in the workplace, and it's free to use. The directory already contains details of nearly 4,000 courses on everything from presentation skills and NLP to investment appraisal and e-commerce. In addition to the 30 or more training providers who have bulk-loaded courses there have been 170 individual registrations by smaller providers like HR Team UK Ltd to post courses and events.

Russell Holt, TrainingZONE's Business Development Manager said: "This reflects the strength both of our community model, which brings professionals together online, and also of our straightforward proposition for allowing trainers to promote their courses to a wider audience. We're very pleased with the interest the service has generated so far and will continue to build up the range of features we can offer to providers and purchasers of training alike."

TrainingZONE's courses and events directory represents a great way for TrainingZONE members to find, book and promote training events.
