The Professional Associations Research Network run a series of active online discussion forums, some open and some restricted to members.
The non-members section of the site is comprised of the work PARN has completed on Continuing Professional Development. They have recently published a book of their research entitled “Building a CPD Network on the Internet”.
It’s well worth logging in and checking the current postings, most of which relate to CPD, mentoring and similar topics. It’s an active discussion group with some useful postings. Several TrainingZone members contribute regularly and recommend the site.
