Hi all
I'm confused about how CPD points are accredited - e.g. who decides how many CPD points a course has, and how? I know I'm probably being a bit thick but if anyone could help I would be most grateful!
Thank you
Sarah

Not 100% sure but…
I think I'm right but could be wrong. (This is how it works here)
The Accreditation Body decides what activities and points will be acceptable. Some of our courses also have rules on the number of people attending ie over 16 delegates and it will not be eligble for CPD.
Points and activities will be diferent for every industry but there should be a list of standard CPD activities and points held with each Accreditation Board.
happy to be proved wrong but I think that just about sums it up…
