CTT+, the international qualification for trainers has been launched in Southern Africa. Masterskill – a Johannesburg based company – has launched its CTT+ preparation programme. It will be offered to individuals and companies across southern Africa who wish to certify trainers in their delivery skills. Microsoft in South Africa have accepted the CTT+ programme as proof of excellence in delivery skills as part of the Microsoft Certified Trainer programme. CTT+ is an industry and vendor-neutral qualification which offers independent assessment of a trainer’s delivery skills. Owned by non-profit making industry body CompTIA, CTT+ is the only internationally recognised qualification that is also recognised by most of the major software vendors.
