I am putting together a proposal for some cultural awareness training within a multinational (European) contact centre.
Does anyone know of providers who may be able to come in and deliver the above?

By chance a few months ago, I met an interesting lady, Cecilia Wells, a director of Astar (tel: 01767-310800). I believe they do multi-cultural training and awareness. If you don’t have any joy, feel free to contact me by email. I am a coach and as part of my networking group, have a compilation of information on different nationals. Likewise, if this French / Hungarian / American who has lived in the UK for 13 years and Morocco for 1 year can be of assistance, don’t hesitate to ask!
