Customer Care Video

I need to buy a customer service video to be used in a 3 hour excellent customer service session to be rolled out to who company (staff are all office based from CEO to admin). Have designed the content, but would like a video to reinforce how to achieve customer satisfaction. Have watched all the videos from Video Arts and BBC Learning and can’t find anything suitable. Want something that is relatively up-to-date and English rather than an American video. Any suggestions?
