I have been tasked with designing a customer facing skills course for IT software developers.
I have written many customer service skills courses but they have been designed with customer service advisors and contact centre people in mind, can anyone advise or suggest any ideas about designing a course which hits the mark?
The audience are all highly skilled IT developers who often have to work on extrenal customer sites, it has become evident that these people need help in developing good customer relations skills, I want the course to be memorable, fun and not patronising!
