Customer Service Training Videos

Hoping for some recommendations…

I am developing a full customer service curriculum for staff across several divisions for an insurance company; call centre, face to face, sales, claims etc. and I am looking for some videos to support the training.

We have a blended learning approach (using pre written online modules, stand up training), and I would like to incorporate  videos which could potentially be hosted alongside our elearning.

Any recommendations on videos for customer service training – at this point we are looking at all levels from basic new starters, through to more experienced with focus on ‘delighting the customer’ (we are integrating NPS…)
