I am searching for any info and best practice examples for customer training, i.e. training used as a marketing tool. Can anyone recommend literature or best practice examples?
Thanks

Clarification – is this about training your own customers?
If this is the case, then my first thought is to approach it from the entrepreneurial angle of ‘problem seeking, problem solving’. Successful entrepreneurs consistently grow high value businesses by solving other people’s problems. Therefore, first seek to understand the problems that your customers face. You can do this by asking them the question, but better still spend time in their world understanding the problems and issues that are challenging them. Then, if training is an appropriate solution, design and deliver very practical training that helps them to overcome their problems.
If my interpretation of your question is wrong, then just ignore the above!
