I am reviewing different options to deliver our existent eLearning, which is non DDA compliant to employees with disablities (currently addressing partially blind user). It would be interested to see if anyone has dealt with something similar. I should mention that at the end of the training the users are expected to take a test.
I was considering to give a text althernative for the training, but do you have any suggestions of how to perform the testing without the need of manager's help.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

RNIB
Hi Sally
My first port of call would be RNIB who produce guidance leaflets for educating visually impared people. I’m sure many other charities do the same?
