I am writing and running a dealing with challenging customers course for some people who have a very specific job. They work within a credit control environment so it is very much a case of switching off emotions and trying to just get the money. Has anyone got any tips or exercises that may be able to assist me?

Hi Emma
We have a number of exercises to deal with difficult customers, in particular how to stay cool and not getting emotional in customer service skills and communication skills. You can also find exercises and content in assertiveness skills which encourages people not to get aggressive and emotional when dealing with difficult situations.
