I have been asked to source a course in debt recovery for established employees already performing this role. Does anyone have experience of a good training provider/course in West Yorkshire?

debt recovery training
You can contact Megan Borysiewicz Cole on megan@light-bulb.biz or 01843 584264. Megan has done this kind of work with several household name companies, and is such an engaging facilitator that she can make even this a fascinating topic!
Debt recovery
I will post up some recommendations here, are you looking for in house or external location training? Does it need to be accredited and are your debt collectors requiring a ‘fun’ day or one that equips them to deliver results by being able to deal with a variety of legal procedures?
We source training in credit and debt control for a number of our clients and the range varies. One of our largest clients, a video supplier, undertook all of their court collection work in house following a two day course with a provider.
It all depends upon what you want from the day!

Professional Institute
You could try the Institute of Credit Management, the professional body for this field. They run a number of excellent courses in the area, covering a wide range of skill levels. Packages range from one day events aimed at raising skill levels, through to study progrmmes which led to professional membership of the Institute.
