Exercises available
Hi John
We may be able to help. We have a series of exercises which last around 30 minutes each which replicate situations where individuals have to assess situations and make decisions based on discussions with colleagues, subordicates or external parties. They measure the skills of identifying relevant information and the ability to make considered on the spot judgements as well as listening skills and clear communication. There are 4 within the series: Production Manager, Consultancy Director, Personnel Manager and Complaints Officer. If you think these maybe of use let me know.
