One of my clients had a flood and is going to refit and redecorate their training room. I've seen somewhere a plastic strip that went around the room rather like a picture rail but was where you could attach flip chart paper with bluetack and not damage the decor. Any ideas what it is called? Any other ideas and suggestions?

If you live anywhere near an Etc Venue try and arrange a visit to get some ideas. https://www.etcvenues.co.uk/venue-views They are usually very fresh and bright and have a really nice feel about them.
As well as a perspex rail you could also consider a wire rail with pegs. Moveable furniture is a must as are in-built speakers. One of our offices has a whole wall made of persex which is great for drawing on or jotting down ideas.
Magnetic Wall Covering…
…we went down the route of having magnetic wall covering so you can attach flip charts with coloured magnets.
This doesn’t help, but….
I worked for an org that chose to have walls painted with a flip pen removable finish. However, in the very first week, trainers forgot to use removable marker pen, instead using indelible markers……wasn't me, honest!
