    To get the ball rolling on these comments!

    I particularly enjoyed the conversations with people around Anecdotes, Analogies and learning. I’ve been using the analogy of the labelled bicycle parts reflecting the internal relationships within an organisation as part of some current consultancy work. The analogy of ‘Managers and Motorways’ also seemed to be well received. You can find details of the latter in the TrainingZone Toolkit Resources. It’s due to appear shortly in ‘Toolkit for Mangers’ (Pavilion, 1999).
