I’m developing a session on good delegation skills ie, how to encourage your ‘junior’ people to do more thus freeing up your own chargeable time. Does anyone know of good material to include or good reference sites I could use.

You may want to look up http://www.abctrainingsolutions.biz. In the free resources section entitled ‘Management Skills’ there is a 9-step delegation process that might be useful.
