Hi
I am looking to develop my skills within designing and facilitating live online learning (virtual classroom) and Webinars. Does anyone have any reccomendations for course they have attended or heard about.
I have looked at the Learning and performance institutes CDOL & COLF course but wondered what else there might be.
I currently have no experiance in this area as my employer is only just looking at an LMS system/Elearning/Webinairs.
Appricate any help, tips or advice on this
Thanks
Michelle

bizarrely here is a book recommendation!
Hi Michelle
I got into this method a few years back and have quite a bit of experience, recently I've been helping some other trainers get into it as a delivery method.
This book is a good one

If you'd like to PM me I'd be happy to have a chat about the topic in general

Virtual Sticky Learning
Hello Michelle,
It's great to hear you're looking at online/ virtual learning.
I've just finished a project with Andy Lancaster at Hanover Housing to create Virtual Sticky Learning – effectively webinars that people engage in, remember and apply in work.
The team had no previous experience of webinars and had to implement them quite rapidly across their organisation so it was a challenge but they rose to it amazingly and the pilots have been really well received.
I'd be happy to share our experience with you and in the meantime I did a blog about the first lessons http://www.brainfriendlylearninggroup.com/2014/01/ten-top-tips-from-real-life-webinars/
Email me and we can arrange a time to chat stella@stellarlearning.co.uk
