I've been doing face2face leadership and management training from supervisory to board level for more than 25 years. Our clients are now asking for remote learning to be more available - particularly using our virtual classroom facilty (Webinar).

Has anyone got any serious experience, resource, link, book or recommendation on the highly specific subject of designing and delivering soft skills training to la arge group (say 15) via a webinar - for example negotiation skills.

I'm not looking for a few bullet pointed tips and tricks - I can guess most of them. What I'm after is specific, real , solid and proven design ideas.

Any thoughts welcomed.
