Desperately seeking to 'plagiarise' some work that has been proven to work in the area of development Frameworks - I am very happy to share what I have currently but really would like to hear from anyone who has worked on or implemented such things in areas that may include: Management, Technical, Consultancy, Sales, Administration, Project Management - any help, guidance or support will restore my sanity - I am finding myself going round in circles now!!

I deal with development issues but took a switch to the HR proffession.
Well, career development sytems will depend much on the industry itself mainly. Individual companies then will have to adopt the guideline.
Career development systems will be guided mainly by the issue of skills available, management attitude, performance measurements, evaluation or appraisal.The policy in place should provide some guidelines when dealing with an issue like this.
