Digital Inclusion Training


Hi All,

We are looking at offering some basic level training to staff to assist vulnerable customers in accessing essential services which have gone 'Digital by Default'

Does anyone have any experience in this area that they would be willing to share.

Initially we are looking at how to engage staff (this is outside their 'normal' job role) into offering support above and beyond the usual 'click here' direction.
