We recently had a brilliant equality law/diversity trainer.One of my post course action points was to research using TWO TICKS. I have .I am impressed. But I need hard facts/figures to show bosses how the symbol impacts in a tangible way other than visibility,raising profile of guarenteed interview scheme and other reasonable adjustments
IS THERE ANY RESEARCH OR DATA THAT CARRIES HARD DATA ABOUT HOW SYMBOL MAY BE IMPACTING?
Our trainer made the valid point to us that the symbol often conveys a transferable message or signal to ALL OTHER GROUPS/cultures IN THE community that the organisation is working towards equality/diversity
But I need some disability data
