Dear Everyone
I am looking for suggestions for really good trainers (interactive, not too powerpoint focused, interesting – excellent, in fact!) who could carry out training in how to investigate and chair disciplinary/grievance hearings – including talking to witnesses, investigating, questioning, keeping proper records, practical scenarios, etc.
Preferably in the Oxfordshire area or prepared to travel. We’d like the training tailored so that it can refer to all our own organisational procedures, etc.
