A friend's organization has recently taken the decision to disband its current training department, which has been responsible for the design and delivery of training solutions primarily face to face. It is to embark on a major project to produce distributed learning to its sales force who are based nationwide. My friend is involved in the implementation group who will be facilitating the launch of this new venture. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what they should be wary of or where to go for sound practical advice - they have consultant advice coming out of their ears!
