Diversity – benchmarking

As part of my CIPD studies I have just been given an assignment on diversity. This is not something that abounds in my industry and I’d be very grateful if someone out there would be happy to put their organisation forward as one against which I can benchmark my own.

We have around 150 employees, based in the City of London, and our business is insurance (a financial services company would probably be the best option, but I’m open to any offers).

Is anyone willing to help?

    If you send me your postal address I will despatch a copy of a overarching equality policy audit I carried out two weeks ago for a major client for whom I am delivering several equal opportunity training courses.

    I am sure that I can point you towards other generic and sector based indicators
