The new Centre for Excellence in Leadership will start its first series of masterclasses next month.

The organisation set up to train and develop leaders and managers in post-16 education and training, has organised two one-day masterclasses on diversity and equality.

The Leading Diverse Organisations masterclass is aimed to show leaders in the learning and skills the role that diversity management plays in the success of their organisation.

It will also aim to help them develop the skills they need to work with a wide social and ethnic mix of staff, learners and communities.

The masterclasses will take place on 22 April at Ashridge in Berkshire and on 13 May at the Chancellors Hotel, Manchester.
