I am trying to find a company who is publically owned and has an outstanding record in the way it treats its employees.

It can be any size but I want nominations that are genuine -not just hyped well. I'm interested in creative and unusual initiatives as well as things like flexible working hours, support for working mothers, equal opps etc. - anything that have been effective and well received and helped to create a happy working atmosphere.

Perhaps if you work in a company with these qualities and values and you, hand on heart, can say that your company is truly a great place to work you could get in touch. Or, if you have heard of an organisation like this and feel that it deserves a mention.

I would really appreciate any suggestions.
