do you know a business skills traiing company that can offer total UK coverage?

default-16x9

The NPA has 100% membership within UK pharmacy, from Boots to independant stores.
We offer upto NVQ3 on pharmacy issues.
However there is a need for business skills, HR, etc training on a national basis.

The NPA has a unique route to market that almost garantees uptake. However we dont have the skills to offer the courses.
I am therefore looking for a partner to work with us.

Please get intouch if you either are or know of such a company

  1. We offer UK wide business skills training
    Hi Simon,

We can offer business skills training throughout the UK. What requirements do you have? Perhaps we can arrange a time to speak about this? My email address is martin.smith@itilworks.co.uk

  2. a different route

    You will doubtless get lots of replies from companies who can work with you as partners but you have another option, possibly more effort but undoubtedly more profitable and bespoke;
there are hundreds of independent trainers out here, all of whom could offer you highly specialised skills and knowledge at a lower “cost” of delivery. This would build your company capability whilst allowing you to keep control and protect your client relationships.
Using independents on an associateship basis could give you a real nationwide coverage to boot.

  3. Independent trainers can really be the answer
    Hi Simon

I agree with Rus that there are many highly experienced freelance training consultants all over the country, some who specialise in HR for example and some who offer a wider range of management and personal development training.

I know that many organisations maintain a list of trainers that they can call on from time to time.

You would not have to guarantee any particular level of work to the consultants on your list. As the need arose you could just contact two or three appropriate trainers in the area and ask them how they would go about meeting the learning need and then choose the one that fits best. This would certainly offer value for money as the daily rate would be lower than you would pay a company.

However, this does mean that you would have to do some leg work to establish your list and you may prefer the assurance of quality and availability that an organisation can offer. I am an associate of two or three such companies and am happy to make personal recommendations off line.

Feel free to contact me if I can help further.

    Good luck.

    Jenny

  4. Standards are key
There are many training organisations across the UK who will partner with you the majority of these will draw on a large pool of training consultants, your response list will grow and grow.

I would first suggest being very clear about the business skills you wish to enhance and if they need to be accrediated or not. Then look at the choice of methods available regarding the delivery i.e distance learning, classroom based or a blended approach. Consider the period of time do you require these groups to progress? In my experience bringing managers together in regional groups can work well and adds wider value than the skills being addressed.

Standardisation across the country is a potential risk area. To deal with this risk, I’m part of a national network linked to delivering to a common yet tailored programme, accessed through a centalised contact who conducts the quality control aspects of all learning activity.

If you would like to know more, please let me know how I can be of further assistance.

  6. We offer national coverage
    hi

We work nationally with associates throughout the country and would be interested in bidding for any such work.

    Thanks

  7. national coverage
We certainly have the capacity to help you and can provide references from other large national organisations who make use of our services. Our services would be offered on more of a partnership basis to include design, delivery, project management and admin support. If your requirement is for pure delivery/facilitation then I think the independent associate route could be a very effective one, provided you have a reliable means of qulaity assurance. In the first instance, perhaps we could have a conversation off-line to discuss your situation in more detail and to provide examples of similar projects we have managed (including for retail pharmacy).
