Do you look after a call centre?


Our call centre has just gone through a huge amount of change in terms of restructuring the department and now I am developing the team leaders with the goal of up skilling them into a more rounded team leader role.

As part of this development I feel it would be beneficial for them to experience other working call centres to see how other team leaders work.

We are based in Tamworth Staffordshire
