Once again I throw myself on the mercy of the great and good of TZ!
I am currently out in the Middle East and I have been asked as part of my work, to explore the option of utilising the "Action Inquiry" technique (?), in order to develop new graduates to my client's organisation.
Having carried out some initial desk research, the information I have gathered seems to point to the fact that Action Inquiry is pretty much a development technique used to develop leaders.
Before I go back to the client, I would like to ascertain if any other organisations utilise the technique to develop their graduates.
I look forward to your wise words. Thank you in advance.
