Does anyone have a really good facilitation & team activity with a theme of working together to achieve common goal?

I have used a number of exercises from http://www.northgatetraining.co.uk/ which can be linked to the content of the session, be it better communication or relationship building within teams.

I have 8 community roleplay activities all heading in the same direction by way of evaluation.DRop me a line for the copy
I recently facilitated a team working/communication exercise for a group of 50 people where I split them in to teams and got them to pitch tents blindfold…can be accomplished indoors as well as outdoors and brought out a number of thought provoking points during the de-brief.
