My company currently has a training library which at the moment has outdated books from Leadership theory to biographies of world leaders/entrepreneurs that employees are encouraged to borrow. This is somewhat depleted and out of touch and I am looking to build a link with a university/business school/department so that I may set up a process by which my employees can borrow items (in much the same way as a traditional library)which are specific to the business world. Does anyone already have such a process or is anyone willing to become partners in such?
